I try to install Redmine 2.4.1 on Windows 7.

I follow the following steps:

1. Install RailsInstaller-Windows-2.2.1 on C:RailsInstaller
2. Install ImageMagick-6.8.7-7-Q16-x64-dll on C:ImageMagick

After installation I put a file called libmySQL.dll into C:RailsInstallerRuby1.9.3bin and try to run the following command in cmd.exe

The result is:

After I do that I try to run:

The result is:

Then I install bundler.

The result is:

Finally I try to run

The result is:

Please tell me how I can solve this problem.
